There’s history in the air in Washington, DC today.  The National Mall is the official site for the world’s largest mutual masturbation session ever.  At 12:01PM today, the crowd ejaculated all over each other, not for the first time, and evidently not for the last.  While all you good people are busy sucking each others’ dick over the ascension of “The Messiah of Hype”, let’s examine a couple issues that are still outstanding:

We did something kind of stupid yesterday.

We refused to turn off our television two years ago.  Perhaps we should’ve.  Instead of making an informed choice based on fact, we allowed big business and the nation’s bankers to BUY our destiny. While we were too busy watching American Idol, we failed to witness the ‘politics as usual’ in the making.  By the time our attention was turned to the election, it was simply another, larger, American Idol contest.

Obama: Most Secretive Democratic Candidate Ever

Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign says his campaign will bring a new level of honesty and transparency to the White House. Obama proudly touts that he and Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla, passed a law requiring more transparency via a public database of all federal spending.

But when it comes to offering the public documents about his own public and private activities, Obama’s record for openness gets an “F” grade.

During the heated Democratic primary, Obama complained of the Bush White House being “one of the most secretive administrations in our history” and chided Sen. Hillary Clinton for not releasing her White House schedules.

Ironically, Obama, just days away from possibly being elected president, continues to stonewall a growing chorus of information requests for documents about his legislative, personal health, education, financing, and background — leaving many voters to cast ballots based on incomplete information.

Powell Flips Off the GOP

Colin Powell, the man responsible for the fruitless search for Weapons of Mass Destruction, the Butcher of Baghdad, National Security Advisor under Ronald Reagan, CINC/FORSCOM Under Bush Sr, JCS Chair and Secretary of State, and Republican, has endorsed Barack Hussein Obama for President.

This man, a huge supporter of George W. Bush (note to the MOCM’s, this is who you keep pointing at about the last 8 years), is largely responsible for the current perceptions of the United States abroad.

You Obama folks know the failed foreign policy you keep pointing at?  Here’s your man.  Complaining about the war in Iraq?  Here’s a guy you might want to talk to.

Worldwide perceptions aren’t pretty, folks. We’re known worldwide as “The Bully”.  We’re no longer the world’s hope, rather the symbol of excess and corruption on the planet.  Nice going.

Powell has offered praise for Obama, calling him an “exciting person on the political stage.”

Powell gave the keynote address at the Republican National Convention in support of George W. Bush in 2000.

“I will ultimately vote for the person I believe brings to the American people the kind of vision the American people want to see for the next four years,” he said. “A vision that reaches out to the rest of the world, that starts to restore confidence in America, that starts to restore favorable ratings to America. Frankly, we’ve lost a lot in recent years.”

And now, in a very non-partisan, non-racial endorsement, this participant in Bilderberg and Bohemian Grove has selected Obama as his candidate of choice for President.  As if the world had been waiting with baited breath to see which candidate he’d pick.

A man is known by the company he keeps.  Obama is now endorsed by both Powell and Louis Farrakhan.

And Bilderberg.  Just sayin.

Desperate to win, Obama plays his own race card.

CNN’s Campbell Brown decries it.  Media outlets scream it from the rafters.

It’s the issue du jour in this abomination which has become the U.S. Presidential Election.  Suddenly, if you’re planning to vote against Barack Hussein Obama, you’re a racist.

According to the yellow leftist Corporately-Controlled Mainstream Media, a vote for McCain or somebody other than their friend Obama is akin to donning your KKK robes and cross-burning.

The media, of course, fails to point out that a vote against this Friend of Bill (Ayers, not Clinton), could not possibly be for any of the following simple, valid, verifiable reasons:

If you’ve read any of my other columns, you know it’s difficult for me to hide my utter disdain for either of the ‘two’ Presidential Candidates – John Sidney McCain and Barack Hussein Obama.  I think that they both represent the Bilderberg-laden interests of those who would continue to enslave the American people, and I’m not likely to change my mind on any of that.

Now, a lot of people will tell you that a vote for anyone OTHER than one of these is a ‘wasted’ vote.  Others would tell you differently, saying that it’s a way of making a statement.  I’m not 100% sure either of these perspectives is meaningful anymore, and here’s why:
